Mission

Tampines NCC(LAND) aims to maximize the potential in every cadet by providing them the discipline and opportunities to hone their leadership potential for their future contribution to nation building.

Introduction

Tampines Secondary School NCC(Land) unit was formed in 1st January 1987. Over the years, the unit has matured and achieved greater performance with a milestone in 2001 when the first GOLD award in the NCC Best Unit Competition was achieved. Thus, through the dedicated and the commitment of the cadets and teacher officers, the unit has been achieving GOLD award since 2004.

2. We have ample physical activities to keep you strong and fit. Join our NCC Ironman Programme!!
3. You will get the chance to be a real leader. Sec 3 and 4 cadets will have opportunities to lead the cadets and take on responsibilities in the administration of the unit. They work with the Commanding Officer and Teacher Officers to plan camps and other major training exercises.

1. NCC gives you the chance to handle the Singapore Assault Rifle (SAR 21) and shoot with it! (It is way powerful than any revolver!)
